[amsat-bb] Phase3d

Hi All,

I have GREAT S-8 signal on Phase3d here in Michigan.
Using oscar class station for S-8 signal. I have audio but
no signal on a low gain omni vertical on the roof. Sounds
great! Congrats to the whole Phase3d team! 73...
