[amsat-bb] P3D alive and well

Hi folks,

P3D just descended below the horizon, as seen from the Sunsat ground 
station in South Africa.  For those who haven't heard yet, 400 bit/s 
PSK telemetry is downlinked at 145.900 MHz SSB.  Signals are S9 + 10 
dB.  Congratulations and thanks to all involved.  Get telemetry logs 
for P3T.exe at <http://esl.ee.sun.ac.za/~lochner/aflaai/p3dlogs.zip>.
