[amsat-bb] Waiting for P3D to be heard

I assume that Australian or Asian stations will report here that they
have heard P3D when it starts it's transmissions in about 40 minutes as
I type this?  I will be listening for it when it comes up above my
horizon at 1328z from my station here in the Los Angeles area.
