[amsat-bb] Why the Confusion? P3D launch time

Good Morning to the net, 
   I was wondering why all of the press that says P3D is supposed to 
launch on 11-15 ~01:07 UTC  when the actual  UTC date should be 
11/16/2000 ?   Am I missing something here in my basic interpretation
of the UTC date?  It will be 01:07 + UCT. I've always read that as to 
mean it will be the next UTC date insted of 01:07 UTC on what ever
todays local date is.
