[amsat-bb] P3D beacons

I have probably missed the info in all the excitement but does anyone have
info on?

when after the launch will any TX be switched on - maybe it is automatic at
separation?

which beacon? I believe it is on 70cms - I have heard that it will be the
435.450 and also seen somewhere 435.850 given

is the satellite expected to be tumbling, spin stabilised or/

fingers etc still crossed
