[amsat-bb] Commercial P3D telemetry decoders?

Hi:
     Are there any commercial off-the-shelf decoders available for the
400 bps PSK P3D telemetry?  I have seen a number of kits, etc., but I do
not have the time to build anything right now.  I checked out Universal
Radio and Grove Enterprises with no luck.  Any ideas?
