[amsat-bb] ISS Still Using Non-Ham Frequencies

I listened to ISS again this morning (1140 utc).  They were on 143.625 MHz 
(still all Russian) and not on the amateur frequencies (yet?).  I was hoping 
maybe on their first "weekend off" they would have time to play around with 
the ham gear.  Maybe with the cosmic storm scramble they got behind schedule 
and had to work.
