[amsat-bb] no signal

t0 all who track ALPHA ISS, I couldn't pick up any signal as our friends 
passed over the Rio Grande this afternoon at 2046 utc.  Any particular reason 
why I did not hear them, except for my own inabilities?  It showed an 86 
degree max el,  I have picked it up with less with an Arrow II.  I am aware 
that they are working on the ham setup.
Any thing from the Gang will be appreciated.
