I received RS-13 CW beacons at 11:53 - 12:09 UTC, 8 Nov 2000.

  Uplink       21.260 to  21.300 MHz CW/SSB
  Downlink     29.460 to  29.500 MHz CW/SSB
  Downlink    145.860 to 145.900 MHz CW/SSB
  Beacon      145.863 MHz CW

These telemetry means as below:

  1. Telemetry sampling period: 10 min,
     volts of power supply   81/4  = 20.3 V

  2. 2 mtr RX:  0 dB attenuator ON,
     power output 2 mtr TX   13/10 =  1.3 W

  3. 15 mtr RX:  0 dB attenuator ON,
     power output 10 mtr TX  07/10 =  0.7 W

  4. 15 mtr uplink: ON,
     15 mtr RX-AGC voltage   45/5  =  9.0 V

  5. 2 mtr RX: OFF,
     2 mtr RX-AGC voltage    45/5  =  9.0 V

  6. special command station channel: OFF,
     AGC voltage             00/5  =  0.0 V

  7. output power 10 mtr beacon no. 1: MAXIMUM,
     service cmd parameter 0

  8. output power 10 mtr beacon no. 2: MINIMUM,
     service cmd parameter 0

  9. status of first memory board: OFF,
     10 mtr TX temp.         27-10 = 17.0 C

 10. status of second memory board: OFF,
     2 mtr TX temp.          29-10 = 19.0 C

 11. there is infos in memory no. 1,
     20 V power supply temp. 35-10 = 25.0 C

 12. there is infos in memory no. 2,
     9 V power supply volt.  29-10 = 19.0 C

 13. memory data send via beacon 1,
