[amsat-bb] SO-35 Solar

I received SO-35 digital beacons (436.250MHz 9600bps FSK) in Nov 6,
06:47 - 06:58 UTC.

And I noticed that the all 8 solar panels were OFF (all 1 : shunted,
dumping energy).
