They're using UTC.
Apparently their working day will be 08:00 to 19:00 with lunch at 12:00.
Weekend time off will be from 12:00 on Saturday to the end of the day
onSunday.
I got this inffo from one of the amsat-bb or ans bulletins, although I
appear to have deleted it, otherwise I'd have quoted it...sorry.
