[amsat-bb] E-Mail Address query

Hi,

I have sent out version 2.0.4 of Uni_Trac via e-mail.

There are a number of persons out there who have
changed their ISP or did not provide it in the first
instance. 

If you have not received the update above which now
allows antenna flipping in Uni_Trac please contact me.
