[amsat-bb] Phase 3D launch info and TVRO coordinates

Hello,

In searching around I noticed the lyngsat TVRO satellite chart has dates,
times and C Band satellite coordinates for the V135 launch of PAS-1R and
Phase 3D.  Launches are shown by buying spot time on a transponder so it
moves around.  Currently Lyngsat is showing a 0107 to 0203 UTC launch window
on the 14th of November.  URL is http://www.lyngsat.com/launches.shtml
North American coverage is on Galaxy 4R at 3.940 GHz (Channel 12) Vertical.

There should be information on additional feeds for other areas soon.

Arianespace is starting to put up details of the launch but so far no times
or C band satellite locations.  URL is http://www.arianespace.com/

If the times and date is correct this means that the launch is Monday Evening
between 8 and 9 PM EST.  A day too soon for HAAN live coverage.
