[amsat-bb] WISP/convertors and FT736

I use WISP and do freq control of my FT-736 via KCT under WISP. The question
is this.....Is there a way when using a 2.4 GHZ Drake MDDS downconvertor, to
program in the offset so that the correct 2 meter freq and doppler correction
is input to the FT-736.
