[amsat-bb] Symposium Audio Files

All the symposium audio files are now available on my web site for both 
listening and downloading. Got home this evening at 10:45pm and started 
the upload process of 56 Meg of audio. 

Thanks to Eric, WB1HBU for providing the sound board and the computer for 
doing the encoding. He also spent both days doing the encoding.
