Re: RS13 QRM



Hi Vince

I made my first RS-13 contact a week ago Sunday by using Mode K, so I'd hate
to see it go.  Nonetheless, I agree that there is a problem when 15 is open
on a contest weekend.  I have the impression that the ground control
arrangement isn't flexible enough to have it turned off during contest
weekends, then put back on again.
