I spent Sunday experimenting with DX4WIN.  So far I'm quite impressed--and
I'm testing an obsolete Win-3.1 version because I don't have a Win-9x
machine in the shack.  Nonetheless the old version seems do everything but
make coffee and love...oops this is a family list.

Most important from the satellite op's view is that it does have space for
satellite and VHF bands and modes, supports scanning, and (I think) split
frequency.  It gabs packet spots, sends whole CW qsos and other goodies,
though many features may be of more interest to the serious H.F. operator.

It's supposed to import ADIF files, but I haven't tried this.  My problem is
going be getting data from Hyperlog 2.

The demo version may be worth looking at for your purposes...
