Hello,

This is the command groundstation of KO-23
Today, The OBC S/W of the bird was reset.
We think that downlink data couldn't be received due to the OBC S/W crash or Tx fault or unknown reason. 
For a while, we will spend time to reboot KO-23 for a while.
