Ghislain F1HDD has worked out with Christophe Mercier from AMSAT France on a
Windows program that can decode P3D telemetry stream on-line using a PC sound
card. The author said that his PSK decoding algorithm is not optimized and thus
it requires a Pentium 120 CPU.
AMSAT-France should be able to release this program soon as well as a simple
decoding program in Linux that will work off-line only
on TLM files captured with a sound card in .WAV format.
