[amsat-bb] Looking for WinAPRS "dxlist.dat" file or format..

All,
I'm trying to run WinAPRS in DX Cluster mode and don't have the "dxlist.dat" 
file. I tried renaming the DXCALL.dat file from DOS APRS but that didn't 
work. Anyone have the file or can tell me the format?
