[amsat-bb] Central America

Hey Guys:

If you hear any of the Central American or Caribbean stations (TI5KD,
XE2YVW, XE1MEX, KP3A, etc.) on LEO passes, please give them the opportunity
to make some contacts,  They can only reach North America for about half a
pass.  Then they either talk to each other or to themselves for about 6
minutes!
