[amsat-bb] so-35 0000z pass

on the 0000z pass 10/15/00 voice pass, so35 was turned on for only about 
30 seconds. i heard a partial call, i got my call in and then it turned off. seems 
to be on for the north pole and canada and then turning off over the states.
