[amsat-bb] Strange happenings on SUNSAT

On this evening's scheduled mode B pass over N.A., at about 0042 (just AOS 
for me) the transponder seemed to shut down.  I heard one call, N8XQM, then 
nothing but static on the rest of the pass.  I later spoke with Doug (N8XQM) 
on AO-10 and confirmed the bird went silent with no warning.
