Yes it is wrong Dave,

Up is 436.290 down is 145.825

There's been some talk, and I've also read about a 20" half wave vertical
that's quite handy for use with a dual band ht. Is this documented anywhere,
because I'm having trouble getting this "radial less" antenna to work.
