The center frequency for Sedsat-1 was found to be closer to
437.9132 Mhz after it was launched. Depending on the state
of the batteries, it will send a 9600 baud FSK burst of telemetry
data every 60 seconds. During a very healthy charge and positive
power it will transmit every 30 seconds. You may not hear this
satellite on every pass because its operation depends entirely
on the health of the batteries.
