This is a rather indirect answer, but you can test it with a wave file....
400bpsk_wav.zip
is at
ftp://ftp.tapr.org/dsp/Motorola/dsp56002/evm56k/
I'm pretty sure it's the same as AO-13, so code for it should work with P3D.
