[amsat-bb] 736R PL Level?

Hi All:
I recently fired up my 736R after a period of little to no use, and noticed
that the PL tone level was pretty high, noticeable as a hum in the audio.
Anyone have any experience in this? Is there an easy way to adjust this
without getting too involved??
