[amsat-bb] mystery sats

I'm confused.  (But that's not news.)  The elements data for the B & D 
pieces appears to have been flip-flopped again.  They're back to the 
order of A C B D E G once again.  Typical of the confusion that comes 
along after these multi-sat launches.  Good mental exercise anyway.
