[amsat-bb] Phase 3D Keplerian Elements

Hi Doug and Jean-Louis:

As provided to me in Peter Gulezow's, DB2OS article, here's four sets of
Keplerian elements for proposed Phase 3D orbits following launch and before
and after various maneuvers. I recall that Ron Long, W8GUS posted them on
amsat-bb last August or early September.
