[amsat-bb] UO-14 / CM26 Activation

I went out and tried to activate CM26 tonight, but unfortunately, it wasn't
a very high elevation pass, and I was surrounded by mountains on 3 sides of
me.  Sorry guys, guess it's not gonna happen this trip.
