What ever commands are required to be sent to the TNC can be put in a file
named MSPE TNC Startup.txt and this file put in the appropriate satellite
directory. It will be read when MSPE starts.  When MSPE closes, the TNC can
be restored to a default state by putting commands in a file named MSPE TNC
Exit.txt and putting it in the same directory.
