[amsat-bb] Hellschreiber via satellite

For those interested in keyboard modes like RTTY via satellite...
Hellschreiber
is an alternative mode that has less impact on a satellites power budget
than
RTTY or even CW! The Feld Hell mode has a duty cycle of 23% and does very
well with doppler. It also seems to have greater sensitivity than RTTY.
Peter Klein
and I have experimented with this mode via satellite and have found it to
work
very well.

I've put together a few screenshots of full-duplex experiments via FO-20 and
