[amsat-bb] Tiungsat in Alabama

Copied Tiungsat this afternoon during the 1803 - 1817U pass.  Copied up to
S9 signal with a 78° pass.  I have no way to decode telemetry, but I got
lots of information from the satellite.  Good work to all those involved.
