Hi all!
I saw the description of GMSK (excellent reference paper!). But now I'm 
curious what "Cosine NLF" is. I purchased a YAM modem that runs 9600 Baud 
packet and it has selectable resistor values for "GMSK" and "Cosine NLF". My 
questions

1) What's NLF mean?
2) What's Cosine NLF
3) What's it used for (for example terrestrial and/or satellite?)
4) What's the advantages/disadvantages?
