[amsat-bb] ft-847 power switch

dear OM and YL,
i need some advice regarding the repair of the ft-847 power switch. 
the power (on-off) switch of my yaesu ft-847 is busted.
i have opened it up based on the owner's manual(instructions on how to
install the voice module) and have gone as far as
seeing the back of the front panel.
my problem is the next step; how to remove the
pc board behind the front panel. i see several screws and several small
metal
"folded-over" to hold the pc board".
do i remove the screws and move those tiny metal holders to get at the
power switch?
