[amsat-bb] Landweher preamp help

I have not used my preamps in some time. I thought they were working fine
when I took them down. Strangely when I went to fire them up, the relays are
not engaging in either preamp. I must have cooked them some how. So I am in
need of service on my Landweher preamps. Can any one send me in the right
direction?
