[amsat-bb] fo20/fo29

i would just like to remind everyone that fo20 and fo29 are operating just fine 
and in good shape. i was on the last pass of fo20 and only w7jpi, n7sfi and i 
were on there. on an earlier pass, there were only 2 of us.

fo29 rises in about 10 minutes for me here in houston (1820) and hope to 
hear more that one or two people.
