I sent my QSL to the K1DY DX Assocation.  I remember a message stating that 
is where the FP/N1JEZ QSL cards were to be sent.  There was another recent 
message stating that the cards for VE1 and VO1 have been sent out.  But the 
FP/N1JEZ cards are still in the works.

At least that is what I remember.
