[amsat-bb] FO-20 Operation from Delaware 10 Sept

Hi Gang!

I am planning to make a brief stop in Delaware (FM29) on Sunday, 10 September 2000 in my vhf contest road trip.  I plan to take a break from vhf contesting at 1840Z and attempt to work FO-20.  I will be on cw near the middle of the band.
