[amsat-bb] Kantronics 9612 plus

Could someone please supply the correct sequence of commands required 
to have a Kantronics 9612 plus TNC transmit out of  port 2 whilein 
kiss mode?

I recall seeing a post awhile back, but failed to save the email.
