[amsat-bb] TH-D7A(g) problem

Hi friends:
I have a little problem. When I put my D7A(g) in VHF in the B band working APRS, the TX voltmeter (s-meter) does not work when I transmit a beacon or a message (in RX the s-meter works fine, and in voice mode both TX and RX).

In my D7E (european version) it works (both APRS and voice).

Is this correct?
any suggestions?
