[amsat-bb] AR4 launch live on internet

The Arianespace video broadcast for Flight 131 will begin approximately 40
minutes before the scheduled launch time on the day of the mission.

Flight V131 (Ariane4) is scheduled to lift-off at 11:16 UTC on August 17.

In Europe the launch will be shown on the Astra 1C satellite at 19.2 deg 
East on 11.141GHz horizontal in clear analogue 625 line PAL from the 
Bayerisches Fernsehen outlet "BR".
