This is the most important point.  It is possible to work the FM birds while
pedestrian mobile, it's also even possible (with a little more preparation)
to work them from inside a train, tram, <insert favourite form of
transportation here!>.  However, the same rules apply.  However, don't
expect that to be a piece of cake, it's hard work!
