[amsat-bb] Visit to French Guiana

Hello,

I hope this is not too off topic.

This fall I hope to visit French Guiana and hopefully get a look at
the ESA facilities at Kourou.  I wonder if anyone can suggest places
to stay in FY (hopefully places that allow ham radio operation).
