[amsat-bb] Re D7E(G?) and KISS mode

So there you have it. The D7E does KISS, but no ignore DCD. The D7AG does
ignore DCD, but no KISS.  Hmmmm, I guess if I bought one of each it would
work! maybe next upgrade will fix the KISS in the G model.
