[amsat-bb] IC-821 setup and mods

Folks,
Does anyone have a mod for the IC-821 that will improve its ability to
receive 9k6 data?  We have set all the suggested modes and are receiving
some data, but the eye pattern as monitored at the TNC indicates highs in
the signal are being attenuated.  And longer packets don't make it through
the TNC (SPIRIT II).  Transmit works fine.

Any input appreciated.
