RE: SAUDISAT
While I am not sure about this, these satellites may NOT be amateur.
Any country pretty much has the right to do what they like with frequencies.
Saudi has objected to amateur radio satellite downlink operations over Saudi
territory on at least one satellite recently.
I will try and find out what is happening during the launch campaign as we
will have people leaving to go to Baikonur for the launch this Wednesday.
If I find out anything, I will post it here.
TiungSat-1 will be launched at the same time. I will be going to Malaysia
to perform commissioning from UKM University in Kuala Lumpur. I'll post
more information on the commissioning as we get closer to launch.

I am wondering, is there currently a page with information on the new
satellites?
