What would have been even more interesting would be to have given this 
subject a meaningful title like:

"Kenwood's Skycommand is rejected by FCC"

And then post the summary:

"15. For the foregoing reasons, we conclude that use of the 144 MHz amateur 
service band for  Sky Command does not comply with the Commission's amateur 
service rules.  We also conclude that Kenwood has not demonstrated that a 
blanket rule waiver permitting amateur service licensees to utilize the 144 
MHz band to operate a Sky Command system is warranted under the circumstances 
presented. "

And THEN give the URL for those who need to know more information.  
Otherwise, most people end up deleting the posting.
