I reread the comment and saw no indication that the author wanted credit for
the contact...perhaps he just wants to thank him for his efforts in trying to
work with him or he wants to converse about his (either operator's)
operating habits...or even worse...maybe he needs France for WAC and wants to
set up one of those "skeds" DX people so often use
IMHO ...there has been too much "sniping" on the BB lately
