[amsat-bb] UO-36 S band downlink

To support activities at the AMSAT-UK colloquium, the UO-36 S band downlink
will (hopefully) be on from 1145 to 1156 tomorrow (Saturday 29th) over
Europe.  The downlink will be 2401MHz at 1w.
Due to power limitations, I can't garantee that the downlink will in fact
switch on, but it is scheduled (the flight computer will mae the final
decission at the time).  Also, the satellite will be sun pointing during
part of this time so the antenna will not necessarily be pointing down but
the downlink should still be quite good.
